$197 for your first year with Texas 420 Doctors (regularly $297), covering the evaluation, CURT registration, signed documentation, and a year of follow-up care. Texas itself charges no card fee, because there is no physical card: approval lives in the state registry.

You don't pay the treatment fee. Eligibility is determined by a licensed physician during your evaluation, and the fee only applies if you're approved. A $15 deposit reserves your appointment time and is refundable on request if you don't qualify.

Only the medication itself, which you purchase from licensed dispensaries; each organization sets its own prices by product and dose. There's nothing else: insurance doesn't cover medical cannabis in Texas for anyone, and the state charges no fee. Your prescription is written as a 90-day supply with up to 4 refills, managed through the registry, and your membership covers the physician side of all of it for the full year.
