Transactional. Appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, certification expiration notices, billing notices, and responses to your inquiries. These relate directly to services you have requested.
Marketing. Promotions, offers, program updates, and educational content. We send these only with your express consent, and consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable box, you consent to receive the message types you selected from Texas 420 Doctors at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Our booking form runs on Typeform, and bookings pass contact and tracking details to HubSpot, the customer relationship system we use to manage inquiries. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Texas 420 Doctors provides administrative, scheduling, technology, billing, and support services in connection with services provided by licensed physicians. The treating physician or applicable provider organization is responsible for the medical records it creates or maintains and for providing any Notice of Privacy Practices required by applicable law.
This website Privacy Policy does not replace a Notice of Privacy Practices that a treating physician or provider organization is required to provide.
