These Terms of Service govern your use of texas420doctors.com, texascurtdocs.com, and other Texas 420 Doctors operated forms and pages that link to them, together with any related services. By using these sites or scheduling an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the sites.
Texas 420 Doctors operates this website and provides administrative, technology, scheduling, and support services.
Medical services are provided by independently licensed Texas physicians. Texas 420 Doctors provides administrative, technology, scheduling, and support services and does not direct, control, or interfere with the independent medical judgment of a treating physician. All clinical decisions, including whether a patient qualifies for treatment, what is prescribed, and in what amount, are made by the treating physician.
We facilitate telehealth evaluations with Texas-licensed physicians for the purpose of determining eligibility under the Texas Compassionate Use Program. If a physician determines you qualify, the physician enters a prescription into the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas (CURT).
You must be a permanent Texas resident and physically located in Texas at the time of your evaluation. You must be 18 or older to create an account and book on your own behalf.
A patient under 18 may be evaluated only where the physician accepts the patient and the required parent or legal guardian process is satisfied. Whether to accept a patient under 18 is at the sole discretion of the individual physician.
You must provide accurate, complete information. Providing false information may result in cancellation of an appointment, refusal of service, or reconsideration of a determination, and, where a prescription is involved, may carry legal consequences. Any refund follows our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Qualification is determined solely by the treating physician based on clinical judgment and Texas law. Payment secures an evaluation. It does not purchase an outcome. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may not use this website to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, scrape or harvest data, or impersonate another person.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Texas 420 Doctors name and marks, is owned by Texas 420 Doctors or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
This site may link to or integrate third-party services including scheduling, payment processing, and communication tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
This disclaimer applies to the website and administrative services. It does not limit the professional obligations of any treating physician.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the limitations in this section apply only to nonclinical website technology and administrative services. Growth Industries LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising solely from those services. Aggregate liability for claims within this section will not exceed the greater of $500 or the total fees paid to Texas 420 Doctors during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to medical treatment or professional negligence; personal injury or wrongful death; fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct; breaches of legally protected medical confidentiality; refunds expressly owed; or liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit the parties to limit.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Growth Industries LLC and its personnel for reasonable, documented losses and legal expenses from a third-party claim to the extent caused by your intentional fraud, knowing impersonation, deliberate unauthorized access, malicious interference with our systems, or knowing infringement of another person's rights through material you submit. This does not apply to our own negligence, unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, medical care, a good-faith payment dispute, an honest review, or the exercise of a legal right.
We encourage you to contact info@texas420doctors.com or 833-420-1710 to discuss a concern. The parties may agree to voluntary mediation after a dispute arises. These Terms do not require binding arbitration, waive a jury trial, or impose a class-action waiver. Informal resolution does not prevent timely court filings, small-claims proceedings, requests for urgent relief, payment disputes, regulatory complaints, or other protected actions, and does not change an applicable legal deadline.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date and apply prospectively from that date. New terms do not retroactively change a price you already accepted, create a new charge authorization, or remove a refund right that existed when you purchased. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use and purchases.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

By proceeding with a telehealth appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
Nature of telehealth. Your evaluation will be conducted remotely using audio and video or other electronic communication. The physician will not perform a physical examination.
Benefits. Access to a licensed physician without travel, greater scheduling flexibility, and evaluation from your own home.
Limitations and risks. Information transmitted may be insufficient for the physician to make a clinical determination, requiring an in-person visit or additional records. Technology failures may delay or interrupt your appointment. Electronic transmission carries a small risk of interception despite security measures.
Physician discretion. The physician may determine that a telehealth evaluation is not appropriate for you and may decline to proceed or may require additional information.
No guarantee of outcome. The physician determines whether you qualify under the Compassionate Use Program based on clinical judgment and Texas law. Scheduling and paying for an evaluation does not guarantee approval.
Location. You must be physically located in Texas at the time of your appointment. Texas physicians may not evaluate you if you are outside the state.
Records. Your telehealth visit will be documented in your medical record, which is protected under applicable federal and Texas medical privacy law.
Emergencies. Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Right to withdraw. You may withdraw this consent at any time, though doing so may end the appointment. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.
Your payment purchases a physician evaluation and a full year of care and support. It does not purchase approval, and it does not guarantee a year-long prescription, automatic renewal, or any clinical outcome. Whether you qualify is determined solely by the treating physician based on clinical judgment and Texas law.
A $15 nonrefundable booking fee reserves your appointment. It is separate from, and is not credited toward, the evaluation or treatment-plan fee. If you reschedule, the booking fee transfers to the rescheduled appointment for the same patient without a second booking fee. If the physician determines that you do not qualify, no evaluation or treatment-plan fee is due; the separate $15 booking fee remains nonrefundable. If Texas 420 Doctors cannot provide the booked service, the patient may reschedule or request a refund of fees paid for the service we could not provide, including the associated booking fee. Billing errors, express refund promises, and refunds required by law remain available.
If the physician determines that you do not qualify, no evaluation or treatment-plan fee is due. The separate $15 booking fee remains nonrefundable.
Once the physician completes the evaluation and determines that you qualify, the disclosed evaluation or treatment-plan fee is generally nonrefundable. This does not eliminate refunds for billing errors, services we fail to provide, an express refund promise, or rights that cannot legally be waived. A change of mind, a decision not to purchase medication, or dissatisfaction with medication effects does not by itself make a properly provided evaluation refundable.
If you reschedule, the booking fee transfers to the rescheduled appointment for the same patient without a second booking fee.
If the physician declines approval, the renewal evaluation or treatment-plan fee is not retained and is not due. Once the physician approves the renewal and the service is completed, the fee is generally nonrefundable under the same exceptions described above.
If you are charged in error or charged twice, contact us at info@texas420doctors.com or +1.833.420.1710. We will investigate and refund verified errors promptly.
Please contact us promptly about a billing concern so we can investigate. This does not limit your right to dispute a transaction with your payment provider or require you to miss an applicable deadline. We may provide legally permitted, appropriately limited transaction and service documentation to substantiate authorized charges. A good-faith payment dispute does not by itself result in a penalty or automatic termination of clinical care.
We do not sell medication and cannot refund anything you purchase from a licensed dispensing organization. Dispensary purchases are governed by that dispensary's policies.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post.
